Watch out for him falling asleep due to being up all night. Its either that or (not being racist) he is of asian decent?

We'll lose some at Xmas, then some more at Easter.

Once they discover that they have to do hard sums, it really sorts 'em out.
I went to Uni in N. Ireland, wanted to get the hell out of there.

Don't they think it will help them escape?

        Though The ZeitSister certainly did.

Hasn't lived in Neath since 1978.
I think it depends on the person. For our uni friends from Northern Ireland, 1 returned home (and 18 years later still lives at home) the other returned to NI and now lives 300 yards from her parents. This may sound like a long distance but its a very rural area and its the next house down the road.

For most people it depends on their aims in life. Those that want to escape work hard to do so, the rest do the minimum to required to keep going not wanting to live what they known.

            Or something.

The contrast between us is that she currently earns about £110k with full pension etc.

So only about 5 times what I do.

When I was a real contractor, we were more or less par.
No I'm sure if you stayed a contractor you would be passed her, but without the pension. (which will be worth nothing anyway)

I'm having a good run at the moment, but I'm not sure how long it's going to last.

For me having a big warchest lets me have more of an attitude, like I'm not getting out of bed for that money.

Another 5 years, then I might settle down somewhere, but for now I go where the money is
