They have a flight booked back to Cardiff which they won't lose just because they flew out from Luton, and they won't need to go back to Luton to retrieve a car because they are being taxied there.

If they had accepted the flight from Luton, they would not then have been allowed to take the flight back to Cardiff (as that is tied to a different package) but would have been required to fly back into Luton. This is the way package holidays work.Comment
