Yes but you seem to have emphasised the wrong word in your first quote (it is a bit of a clue). If you had a proper grasp of the language you would have understood.
By obsesively trying to support your rapidly diminishing original argument instead of accepting or acknowledging your error you are simply increasing the size of the tit you appear to be.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

      Ok!

Example: Unduly Attentive = Paying too much attention.

Example: Without Due Care = Not taking enough care

Example: With Undue Care = With too much care

Example: Without due Attention = Not Concentrating

Example: Without Due Care & Attention = Not taking enough care and not paying attention

Example: With Undue Care & Attention = Paying too much care and attention.

To get back to the point, I acknowledge that the correct offence is called 'Without due care and attention,' however, I believe linguistically there was nothing wrong with my phrase and if it's good enough for plod, it's good enough for me.

Merely a press release by an illiterate police officer or typed up by an illiterate staff member.
Not official, and certainly not Correct grammar. I counted seven errors in that release, and I wasn't even looking for them.

Linguistically the terms: without due care & with undue care are opposites.
So by your determination; we could be prosecuted for taking too much care and paying too much attention to our driving.

Give it up mate. you have lost the argument.

Did you read the link in my previous thread?

Disproportionate can mean too much or too little. So driving and paying too much care and attention compared to with too little care and attention. I stand by my last statement:

I believe linguistically there was nothing wrong with my phrase
However, I do concede that the correct statement is driving without due care and attention.
