Milan: 'I'm having trouble installing iTunes

Tech Support: 'Tell me what you've done.'

          Milan: 'I typed 'A:SETUP'.'

Tech Support: 'Sir’, remove the disk and tell me what it says.'

Milan: 'It says 'PC manufacturer! Restore and Recovery disk'.'

Tech Support: 'Insert the iTunes setup disk.'

          Milan: 'What?'

Tech Support: 'Did you buy an Eye Pod?'

          Milan 'No...'

could it be that the pc is so old it has USB 1.x port and the ipod requires usb 2.x

otherwise I applaud the .Net "throw money at it" approach

The Benes family might consider re-investing in an Eye Pod once the technology has matured and gone away from being a hobbyist device and become mainstream plug and play.

Milan I believe it's your masochistic streak that forces you to display your absolute uselessness on a public forum. I can't think of any other reason.
