Why? How's that offensive? I've been called Scotty plenty of places I've been. Oh let me guess, it's because I'm white, I'm not allowed to take offence."I hope Celtic realise that, if their team is good enough, they will win. If they're not good enough, they'll not win - and they can't look at anybody else, whether it is referees or any other influence." - Walter Smith

You have to learn the art of avoidance mate.Originally posted by TheVoice View PostIt seems this guy survives by asking questions & bulls**tting his way round everything else to me. It's got to the point where I am thinking of invoicing him rather than the client!
Anyone else have a clueless blagger bugging them & how many times do you roll your eyes & think "how the bloody hell did you get this gig" in a day?!
He's probably got you sussed as someone who he can easily pump for info.
Are you sure you're not feeling the need to "prove" how good you are to him?
Anyway, whatever your driver to tell him everything you know, he's probably planning on getting the kudos from those that matter whilst making sure you're never mentioned in despatches.
The only way to combat this is to do the following
- Feign ignorance.
- Say you're too busy
- Arrange a time and then cancel it (go on holiday etc)
Under no circumstances, lose your rag with him.
He's only doing his job.
Its not all about showing how good you are.Comment

Shhhh. You shouldn't give that away for free. See what you've done there? Fell into the very trap you're describing; by describing it. Brilliant. Now explain that to the Yanks. Multi-layered irony.Bored.Comment

Eeyore was very glad to be able to stop thinking for a little, in order to say "How do you do" in a gloomy manner to Pooh.
"And how are you?" said Winnie-the-Pooh.
Eeyore shook his head from side to side. "Not very how," he said. "I don't seem to felt at all how for a long time."Comment
