?Air suspensionOriginally posted by original PM View Postcitroen c4 or c5 - great cars and lovely ride due to air suspension.
Not exactly The C5 uses Citroen's hydropneumatic suspension, but the C4 has conventional springs, except for some models of C4 Picasso that use a self-leveling air system on the rear only.
Hydropneumatic is not "air suspension" in the sense of the systems used on Range Rovers, S class Mercs etc.Last edited by Peoplesoft bloke; 15 July 2008, 16:43.Comment

Totally agree on the ride - if my old BXs were anything to go by. Useless in ice and snow though for some reason.Originally posted by original PM View Postwhat ever best ride in its class for those with the hydropneumatic thingies was all I was trying to say -along with a good range of enginesm and afaik good value for money interms of servicing/purchase costs etc - also the C% has a big boot - useful if you have a small family and so have push chairs etc.Comment

3 meters of rope - off to the basement to end it allOriginally posted by DaveB View PostTime to look for a new car.
Looking for a 4 door family saloon or similar size, diesel or LPG'able up to 15k.
Huge performance less important than low running costs and reliability.
Any suggestions?"Condoms should come with a free pack of earplugs."Comment
