I once had a user say "I have been in this bank for 38 years. There has been an IT department for 26 years. And they have never given me anything. Until the application you just made. And it was worth the wait."

There are some brilliant French coders. And some very very bad ones. They all have alot of flair. And rather interestingly at clientco both groups hate each other which causes me much amusement.
