Maybe cos they want a 14 bedroomed manor house set in 42 acres for less than the price of a 2-bed flat in central London?

Or maybe they want their children to be able to go out without being stabbed.

Or perhaps they want to be part of a community and have social interaction with their neighbours.

At clientco we have more French speakers than English - no wonder the project is a mess.
