When I still drove to work, on the way home I'd regularly see this cyclist chappie.
You know how they always complain that there's no cycle tracks?
Well this particular gimp used to ignore the cycle track & ride on the dual carriageway over the bridge across the River Neath.
Spectacularly dumb since there's 4 foot high iron girders rather than a pavement to the left hand side.
I wonder if he's been squashed yet...
Yeah, so rare that it makes front page news.
I thought it silly driving to the gym (often to use the cycle machine) so I thought I'd try going by bike. Unfortunately I live on a hill so everywhere I go involves cycling up this thing on the way back, but the main concern is the roads/cars. The route to the gym is lethal. Anyway I spent about an hour trying to think of the least dangerous way of getting there, but the last 1 mile is most dangerous and one that cannot be avoided. On the way back I had two close calls, so I'm not sure whether I would attempt it by bike again. When I say close calls, they seemed close to me having not built up the required complacency to danger, but probably to a regular cyclist this would be normal. Very few cyclists go on the particular stretch of road I used though.

What ****s me off, is the lack of planning to build decent cycle path around Britains towns.
I live in Swindon and everyday developers seem to build another giant housing estate.
But do the build in cycle paths? Nope. Most don't even have pavements, just 10,000 house all 4 inches apart on two sides and 6 foot apart front to back.
Sorry, but planning permission should not be given to any developer unless the plans include parklands, cycle paths and local shops and schools.

Bristol has been named as the UK's first 'cycling city' by the Department for Transport.
The other 11 towns are Blackpool, Cambridge, Chester, Colchester, Leighton/Linslade, Shrewsbury, Southend on Sea, Southport with Ainsdale, Stoke, Woking and York. There are in addition six more cycling demonstration towns: Aylesbury, Brighton, Darlington, Derby, Exeter and Lancaster, that have received £7m of the funding since 2005. http://www.bikeradar.com/news/articl...ing-city-17093
Considering you haven't seen mine, how did you conduct your research?
its logic.
A doggies kn0b can not be more than 1% of its bio-mass, the average human males can not be more than 1.1% of his, therefore, as humans are bigger, on average, their kn0bs must also be bigger, therefore all cyclists have bigger kn0bs than you.
