Sorry, are we saying he's got an accent that makes the name come out sounding as maffew - or he actually spelled it maffew. One is pretty sad and the other is just an accent, big deal. I know plenty of people darn sarf, who ain't chavs, who speak with exactly that same sort of pronunciation and accent. flip knows what you'd think of me in my broad scots ...

Personally I prefer awight guv one over the plummy SE posh one any day of the week.

I did some work for the NHS a few years back, at that hospital they had a consultant surgeon called Drew Peacock (OK, he did insist on being called Andrew and denied having a brother called Chris)

NZ'ers have a REALLY annoying habit of mispelling the names of their kids to appear cool and unique... actually it just comes across as stupid... and that they cant spell.

Most of the chavs round here call their kids Little c##t and other charming names.

At least they don't call them something really offensive, like c#.net
