Milan.
Every year without fail we get the "Oh dear, nearly at the end.", "What am I going to do?" posts and then minutes before the deadline we get a post telling us how brilliant his client thinks he is and how he's got a major rate increase to stay.
Milan, you could give lessons to Threaded!Comment

The afternoon is spent reseting users' passwords to "initial"
I believe there's a course you can do to learn all this.

The mandatory level one courses cover basic mouse funtionality and keyboard management skills.
Level two progresses into more specialist areas including "why pulling out the plug is a bad way to shutdown"
Level 3 (tape storage and label management) has a multiple choice test at the end before certification.
It's these high entry barriers that keep riff-raff out.Comment
