Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

I used to play at a course where there were pylons above one of the holes. First shot off the tee the ball went up, landed on the cable and rolled along for 30 yds. Lost the ball. Took the second shot and the same thing happened again.
