The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.” -

You can make almost any theory fit the data if you pick and choose what you look at. We'll need to be around a lot longer before it's properly understood.Comment

I don't dispute, Governments are using the issue to sell taxes, and are claiming man is to blame, and trying to marginalize those who don't believe (or have an open mind). Which is just as bad as those who are convinced it is not happening. Science is about keeping an open mind and keeping emotions and politics out of conclusions. The government can't do it, and some here are the same. The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

Late-glacial and early Holocene climatic conditions have been reconstructed for northern Europe using the mutual climatic range (MCR) palaeoclimate method based on fossil coleopteran assemblages. Altogether, beetle faunas from 77 sites have been analysed ranging from Ireland in the west to Poland and Finland in the east, and MCR estimates calculated.
