Thanks for that. I won't bother going down there then.

It's OK now - I was the only one at 4pm.
Number 3 round the edges and trim on top. Looks quite, er, drastic.

But I'm sat down with a cup of tea now.

How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Okay I went to check out electric hair cutters today. I looked at some reviews on Amazon first, which were quite mixed.

                Boots had three main contenders:
                • Sharp or something 4000. The packaging referred to beards and faces only, so not considered further.
                • Boots own make. Very cheap (£9) but looked cheap too. Not considered further.
                • Babybliss or somesuch. Looked OK, (£15) but decided not to buy. Checked out its reviews on Amazon, and the two reviewers said the batteries and other parts pack up quickly.

Would be interested to hear of any other experiences with electic haircutters, good or bad, for anything other than cutting hair very short. Metric is preferred here since, not suprisingly when it comes to non-standard units, sizes seem to differ. Plus I don't know what they are.

                    Interview or audition?
Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?
