      No wonder I hate dogs!

OK, I get the notion of you quoting 4 countries. Now put it into the context of what 'classification of clearance' means as what you've said makes no sense to me and I've worked with this stuff for years...
      Older and ...well, just older!!

        From the Beeb

"An unnamed Cabinet Office employee was suspended after the documents were left on a train seat and handed to the BBC."

        Why not sacked?
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

        I preferred version 1!

Ok, it means that only members of the UKUSA agreement may see the document.

Is that spelling it out clearly enough?
(Yeah, I know New Zealand signed up to UKUSA but hey, wgaf?)

Also, why didnt the person who found it take it straight to the police?

Instead, that person gave it to the BBC who then electronically copied the documents, which in turn now makes them part of the problem.

Yes the numpty who lost the documents should be taken behind the nearest bike shed and given a bloody good beating...but so too should the person who found them (for not handing documents to the police) and the beeb for copying the documents.

Prolly thought the beeb would look after it better and not lose it again.
