During the 80s, when I was in Uni, we used to sign on the dole during the summer holidays. They soon stopped that, though after I'd graduated anyway.Cooking doesn't get tougher than this. -
best CUK parody ever!Originally posted by Bagpuss View Post
No wonder they can't get off benefits. One guy interviewed complained "it just wasn't worth getting a job". No the Poles can do that! While the lazy and increasingly obese local population can sit eating KFC and 'raise' knife wielding hoodies. The local teacher interviewed " the role models for the children don't work, they don't have any relatives who have worked, they think stealing motorbikes and cars is normal"Originally posted by BolshieBastardYou're fulfilling a business role not partaking in a rock and roll concert.Comment

I'd rather massively increase benefits to the childless in the hope they won't breed.Originally posted by BrilloPad View PostCould we pull the benefits of the childless? Or will that encourage them to breed?ǝןqqıʍComment

Where was I talking about the working class? I'm talking about benefit scroungers who don't work, they ARE NOT working class!Originally posted by lambrini_socialist View Postwell it's got all the usual recurring themes:

and please point me to the mistrust of foreigners, one of my drinking buddies is a Pole, nice chap, I trust him more than most, AFAIC he's welcome to be here.
Re the stealing motorbikes: I was quoting a teacher of a local school who spoke on this BBC interview about the children she has to work with.Last edited by Bagpuss; 11 June 2008, 16:04.The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

you're a scumbag based on where you live. you're not "decent" if you claim benefits. and let me guess, there's no such thing as society and anyone over the age of 20 who uses public transport should consider themselves a failure, right?Originally posted by Bagpuss View PostThey went to this scumbag estate, and while there were some decent working people, most were on benefits.Originally posted by BolshieBastardYou're fulfilling a business role not partaking in a rock and roll concert.Comment
