    NatWest claim to be responsive to these things, by publicising a special email address and regularly nagging one on their banking site.

    TBH I can't be bothered forwarding phishing emails to them, though - I'd have very little time left for anything else

      So they are responsive by hassling their customers. Sounds like New Liebour type spin to me.
