BSc Hons in Psychology. Speaks a few languages. World-class scuba diver, turned down a body-double role as a diver in one of the Bond films. Freelance BA on £100k a year so pulling around £500 a day. Changed her name a few years back from Cindy Burger...

I did laugh at Siralan's observation last night that she wouldn't fit in because as a freelancing contractor (although I don't count moving around the same company as real freelancing) she didn't work well in teams and couldn't "stick" a real job, as nobody liked her and she was unmanageable
As a slightly ADHDy passive-aggressive unmanageable type myself, I did see some of the truth in that observation, and I wonder how many contractors like me do it partly because they simply don't work very well on corporate career structures. I tried the big corp ladder for 5 years and hated it, went back to contracting.
I think he was dead right that she shouldn't take the job, but not because of anything wrong with her - I think most people who survive on corporate ladders do so by becoming a little bit droid-like. I think most contractors would recognise her attitude near the end which was basically "i dont need this tulip"Cooking doesn't get tougher than this.Comment

But he doesn't mind people who lie about spending 2 years at Thames Valley University and can't spell.
Can't figure out why he didn't let Lee and Helene go and let Alex and Claire fight it out. IMHO they are all useless and it should be Raef winning it. SurAllen to pull a surprise "you're hired" this year???McCoy: "Medical men are trained in logic."

My observations:
1) I'm still undecided on the 'would I give Lucinda a good rinsing' question.
2) Alex is a little sheetbag, dropping her in it in the boardroom.
3) Loved Michael McIntyres impression of Alex in the aftershow.
4) If they're all as good as they say they are, none of them 'need' the job.
5) Couple of those interviewers are proper w@nkers. Anyone with an ounce of personal pride would either drop them or simply walk out.
Good telly mind. (IMHO of course...)
