For really uber bad, try Space Mutiny. Probably the worst film I've ever seen (and boy have I see a few of those).
For so bad it's hilarious, try Plan 9 from Outer Space. I'd advise watching "Ed Wood" with Johnny Depp beforehand, a wonderful biopic of Ed Wood who wrote and directed Plan 9.Comment
