Churchill : Returning to the dark side...

Ok, in the two years that I've been a staffer, what's changed?

What are the pitfalls I should be aware of?

    What's IR35?

    What's an Umbrella Company?

Should I pay myself a minimum wage and then dividends or should I just take the wonga, accept my social conscience and pay the tax and NI?

What's all this I hear about being paid on the IOM and telling El Gordo and his load of Champagne Socialists to go **** themselves?

Anyway, notice handed in (3 Months? Room for negotiation there methinks...)

See you all on the bench sometime soon...

No such thing as a permie...

A member of staff, an employee, an object of ridicule, a cow to be milked...

            well done Churchill - congratulations

            <shakes paw firmly>

Personally I use IOM scheme - but most here use a limited company.

IOM scheme is contraversial - but I reckon it is the way to go. There is a risk - but there is a risk with everything.

              The prodigal son is returning?

I'd suggest a wander into the L&A and B&C sections if you want to know specifics.

Questions in General are asking for a flaming as well you know.

              Welcome back to the fold.

oh, and if DA phones you telling you supply is way outstripping demand, hence his 40% markup. He's lying.

                How could you stand it?

                  Tom, not very well, obviously...

The thing is I completed what I wanted to do here and now wish to seek other challenges. (Good God! I'm starting to sound like a permie!!!)
