Are you both from more rural areas? As in red diesel?
Known as the pink drink at our uni since only the girls sports teams (and the mens hockey) ever drank it."See, you think I give a tulip. Wrong. In fact, while you talk, I'm thinking; How can I give less of a tulip? That's why I look interested."Comment

When we were drinking, (20 years ago) we drank Depth Charges Tennants Extra with a shot of Drambuie, still in the glass, dropped into it, washed down with a Tequilla Slammer or three.
Then get arrested.Comment

Do they still sell Tennants super? it was stronger than extra. Guaranteed to kill any southern man.The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

Actually, yeah - done them. Never got arrested as any shot (Especially whisky) has a high probability to invoke involuntary vomiting on my part. Usually with no warning, over the nearest bar/table and causing no end of collateral damage to innocent spectators.Originally posted by Jubber View PostA drink for schoolgirls.

Why anybody (other than gentleman of the road) would want to drink 9% alcohol lager is beyond me.Originally posted by Bagpuss View PostDo they still sell Tennants super? it was stronger than extra. Probably for the same reason Jackeys (Scottish term for Rab C Nesbitt types) drink Buckfast Tonic Wine in the west of Scotland. It ge's you pished quickly, for a minimal outlay of cash.Originally posted by Moscow Mule View PostWhy anybody (other than gentleman of the road) would want to drink 9% alcohol lager is beyond me.Hang on - there is actually a place called Cheddar?? - cailin maith

The taste of that stuff when you get towards the bottom of the can is really quite remarkably bad.Originally posted by Moscow Mule View PostWhy anybody (other than gentleman of the road) would want to drink 9% alcohol lager is beyond me.Comment
