That's largely because the West (predominantly Christian) have been engaged in asymetric warfare where they have not been at a disadvantage militarily. In instances where they don't have the conventional means to fight back (Palestinian Christians), the Orthodox Church in Jerusalem is fully supportive of suicide bombers.Comment
