Congratulations!! Hope the delivery was not too stressful...
Make sure Mrs Cooper knows that the best way to get over a C section is to carry on with the vacuuming, laundry and dish washing as usual - she will be right as rain in no time. She won't be able to drive for a few weeks though so be prepared to drive her to the supermarket. You can catch up on sleep in the car while she does the shopping though so it is not all bad
