Good Lord, is this fiasco still carrying on ?
It's a national disgrace and symptomatic of short-sighted penny-pinching by Board level members.
This is what happens when you cut corners folks.....Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Who'd sleep with a box over their head!? I think they are journalists posing for dramatic effect, or Virgin Atlantic employees having a laugh, or maybe they are just fugly.
Whatever happens this year I'll be making sure any flights I book aren't with BA. He's a right narky sod if the sedation wares off mid-flight.Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it

Ahhh, also stops flies (and other things ) from getting into your mouth.
Never seen people resort to that when their flight's been delayed by several days though. Must be for first class passengers, the rest get a paper bag, or if you're being a right pain in the ass, a plastic bag.Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it
