Thank you - you'd be surprised at how quick and easy they are though Pinto - flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar, butter/ghee, sultanas, des coconut, knead together for 5 mins, rise for an hour or two, stetch into tear shapes and stick in the oven for 15 mins then coating it in butter, fresh corriander leaves and salt to season.

Tonight – nothing big, got a big one planned next weekend and want to get some plan B in tomorrow am. Probably takeaway & film or 24 session (season 3)
Tomorrow – Plan B then off to Oxford to see other half’s family.
