Cooking a Lamb Tikka masala, "bombay" potatoes, pershwari naan bread and caramelised cinnamon rice all from raw ingredients with a nice Gewürztraminer wine. Will sow my herb seeds this weekend as well and may take a trip down Fairoaks to see whether they have any planes to hire yet.
