How long before the mafia decide Wilmslow should be supporting the new relief road? Might be worth a poll...

It does have an MOT and is generally road-worthy isn't it, seeing as you're getting the police involved?

Aye.... I got a banger as well on Sunday afternoon.... A BRAND NEW FIAT 500!!!!!! except this cost me £11,300 more than yours
mad
Auto gearbox not working from the minute I tried to use it, bubbles in the paint on passenger door, Indicator stalk not canceling, no info in the manual for the auto gearbox use and I think the aircon consists of two mice down the front window vents blowing on the windscreen the effect it has when you try to use it.
DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE CAR'S!!!!!
now where's the nearest MINI showroom

It never ceases to amaze me how many car fanatics are duped into buying a Fiat - they have never, ever been good cars, including that hairdresser's coupe that they brought out 10 years ago. Muppet!Comment

Well, after my last experience with BMW I swore to never buy a new car again, unless it was Italian exotica 'cause you don't really care if they breakdown, you expect it. Yet I must say the output from Sant Agata Bolognese have been most reliable cars, and care and attention to detail has been outstanding.Originally posted by roadster198 View PostAye.... I digress, I say let some other mug put up with the delivery faults and initial depreciation.Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.

The thought of buying a FIAT has never, ever crossed my mind. But thanks anyway.Originally posted by roadster198 View PostAye.... I got a banger as well on Sunday afternoon.... A BRAND NEW FIAT 500!!!!!! except this cost me £11,300 more than yours

Reject the car ask demand your money back. Get trading standards involved and write to all the car mags and newspapers with your story of woe.Comment

WILL NOT WORK! I tried all sorts of ways to get BMW to take back a brand new 7 series with faulty brakes and a myriad of other faults. In the end sold it back to them, with a recommendation it was scrapped as I considered it an unroadworthy lemon, and took a loss. Apparently it killed the poor sucker they then sold it on to.Originally posted by DimPrawn View PostThe thought of buying a FIAT has never, ever crossed my mind. But thanks anyway.

It goes into the garage tonight and I shall see if they manage to fix the faults although I'll not hold my breath especially if it's the same cocksocket who PDI'd the car.
Yes I was bought with promises of better build for this model and I fell for it

DimP I intend to go the full hog if I don't get satisfaction.
Before I bought this I had never been in a fiat garage in my life!!! it should've stayed that way.Comment
