I love London because:

• I have many friends here
• There's lots to do - an overwhelming choice, in fact
• It's a hive of activity
• It changes all the time
• The best gigs are here
• There's loads of options, workwise
• You earn more - and if you're smart - you don't necessarily pay much more than living in other cities
• It's a travel hub, no seriously long treks to the airport
• All the major shops, national and specialist, are here

• You'd have friends where ever you lived
• You just can't get to them as the tube shuts at midnight
• It's overcrowded
• Nothing stands the test of time
• Not many warehouses in central London
• There are loads of office jobs
• OK you got me on that one - but the cheap houses are postage stamps
• Terminal 5
• Mail order

Seriously though everywhere other than London has everything listed there. People keep telling me that I need to "live in London while you are young". Yes, I may do at some point in the future...wouldn't mind gigging there however everyone should also not live in London while they are young.
