As far as I'm concerned, if the bloke takes what is considered adequate precautions (I.e. Condom) and she fails to take similar precautions (Pill, cap,coil,implant or morning after pill) why should the bloke have to pay for her stupidity.
She has far more options to prevent pregnancy than he does.
Let her pay for her mistakes.

If she catches a disease, and a doctor gives her antibiotics to cure her, and she refuses to take the antibiotics and ends up blind and crippled because of the disease, can she sue the doctor for failing to ram the pills down her neck forcibly? I don't think so!
