    Wrong. Maintenance for children is different than maintenance for your ex partner. Both may be awarded.

      Wrong. Maintenance for children is different than maintenance for your ex partner. Both may be awarded.
      My ex wife's initial claim was for maintenance for her despite the fact that we both worked and we had no kids.

      Fortunately I managed to avoid paying, but not before paying a fortune to lawyers.

              Well it is nice that you are up-front about being a troll. But briefly :-

              1) Children need contact with both parents. there are bad mothers and bad fathers out there.

              2) interestingly 25% of membership are female. alot of members (and most of the activists) have had there own cases resolved.

              3) To get the 1996 Children Act implemented - i.e. that the interests of the child shall be paramount.

              Now - did I ever tell you about the time I was arrested? (awaits for TF to throw rotten fruit).
