The judge who heard the Heather Mills and Sir Paul McCartney divorce case has said that Miss Mills was an "inaccurace and inconsistent" witness.
Previously unknown details of the divorce settlement have been made public in Mr Justice Bennett's full judgment, after a court refused Miss Mills's application for secrecy.

In it, the judge states that the former model's evidence was "not just inconsistent and inaccurate but also less than candid. Overall she was a less than impressive witness." (AtW's comment: nice eloquent way to put it that she was a bloody ***r, at least that's my view...)
The judge described Sir Paul evidence as "balanced". He said: "He expressed himself moderately though at times with justifiable irritation, if not anger. He was consistent, accurate and honest."
However, Mr Justice Bennett said: "But I regret to have to say I cannot say the same about the wife's evidence.

Looks like Heather did not impress the judge - and the fact that she hates female lawyer of Paul will certainly help that lawyer double her rates - not only she wins in court but also pisses off the ex!
