Really? How do you get to that conclusion?

Do you know anything about Objectivism?
      Ever been here: http://www.solopassion.com/

I don't imagine you have, it's just easier to slag me off, rather than read stuff and learn things isn't it sas?

No, I mean the Chinese. You have zero chance of success until the Chinese people stop accepting opression that applies to them and the Tibetians, maybe after that opression goes they would be hesitant to opress other nations.

Lucy, you don't know what freedom is speech is because you never lived in a country which did not have it - I did (thankfully for a short time) and I know what freedom is speech is.

As for killing squirrels as a way to "get back at me", then it does not help your high moral position of trying to helped opressed Tibetians.

If you feel strongly about something, organise a march, get TV coverage, speak to the media.

The "online petitions to Gordon" are a New Lie ruse.

Much as it pains me I have to agree with DP. The online petition for motoring last year got a million names - nothing happened. The march against the Iraq war had a million people on it - nothing happened.

However I do support the idea of Tibetan freedom, most people commenting here seem to forget they were invaded within living memory, not hundreds of years ago.

Would you go there and die fighting for their freedom?

The bit about the squirrels is a JOKE.

I don't believe I have to live in a country without democracy or freedom of speech to know what it is. I don't have to own a lion to know what what one is.

China can be changed without the Chinese people even knowing or caring, in the same way that Star Wars ie Maggie and Ronnie made Russia aware that they couldn't keep up the arms race. The perfect timing and and the perfect plan, did you even know what was going on?

Well, actually the petition against congestion charging has stopped five out of the six cities who were in the process of applying for funding from DFT.

Me too. It reminds me of that scene in 'Bruce Almighty' where Bruce is overwhelmed with personal prayer requests so he diverts them all to an email inbox and then just does Select All -> Reply -> "Yes"

The e-petitions is a convenient way for New Lie to go Select all, Reply, "No"
