Did Pratchett have alzheimers when he was writing those crap books?
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

I've never been a fan of them either, always seemed that they were a bit of a marmite within the geek community.

That said, truckers wasn't too bad although i was still in primary school when i read it

Just the blurb on the back was enough to put me off. Complete drivel the lot of them.

Come on boys, stand up against your geek oppressors, cast aside the chains from your Empire Strikes Back ATAT walker and walk into the light, burn your Harry Potter collection's before it's too late

None of you appreciate his humour and insight - that's obvious. I have all his discworld books and I have enjoyed them immensely.
