    I could turn off their spamguard and use McAfee, but that means using an email client on my machine - something I don't do because I log in to get my mail from various places.

    BTW They have just mailed me without it being spammed, so I thought they must have done something.

    They told me I've set up Outlook Express wrongly, even though I told them that I'm logging on directly to their website and not using an email client.

    I posted a suitable reply, with a copy to myself, but my copy got spammed so they haven't done much.
