How do I become a Notary?

Spending less time in light relief would be a good start

Got a solicitor to witness my signature on a doc a month or so ago. Didn't charge me a thing, but then his office is just across the corridor from the ClientCo I'm at, so I took up about 45 seconds of his time. Probably couldn't be arsed with the paperwork, or had a good breakfast or something.
