I try and sympathise with the Londoner's getting hit with £25 a day, but a) it's their choice to drive in or not and b) they all get London Weighting anyway, so what's the problem ?Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive.
