My props are decent 2-bed semis in good areas in the Thames Valley. Bit of a honeypot so still plenty of demand from mobile workers.

Newport. Rentals jumped through the roof 3 years ago but have remained pretty static since.

a lot of new businesses relocating to the area now though which should force an increase (I hope)
