BP whats stopping you from having 10 more children with this woman or any other? Surely you would have the obligation to pay for them all - wouldn't your ex-wife have to give you back a proportion of your assets to pay for your other dependants? wouldn't each of your children be entitled to a upbringing using the same resources? it's only fair.

the gf had a snip after the baby was born. so no more kids. I hardly have the strength to get through the day - let alone get another girlfriend. even if I was inclined - which I am not.

once assets of marriage are divided it is hard to revoke - at least in favour of a man. for a woman easier. case recently where a woman divorced a millionaire, got half the cash in 1990. in 2007 went back to court as she had spent it all - and the court gave her more. the family courts are evil beyond belief - until you see them in action.

I have the best mckenzie in the country and have discussed taking my case back to court many times. but they are so anti-man you would not believe it.

try getting divorced and see.

agree very strongly - just a small addendum to say that prenups are getting better but are still no guarantee but it at least sets out the assets bought into the marriage and can influence any split.
