It did for me as I sat in front of my PC here in North West Leicestershire. The whole house shook and the noise was quite incredible.
Thank goodness it was nowhere important. Only places north of Watford affected.

Felt it here in Essex. Monitors on my desk wobbled and the house creaked and groaned. Most perturbatory.
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

hmmm - you are right! Shall I send a donatio to help the people up there? How about a packet of crisps or some sunny Delight?

I felt nothing. Was outside at about 1am as it were and didn't feel anything.

                  Didn't move for me.

But it did for my wife.
