The little icon was supposed to indicate that I find this point of view highly annoying. It is prevalent amongst no-nothing dumbo managers. It is not one I agree with. A good programmer paid the same rate as an average programmer will be 20x better value for money. And 50x better than a bad programmer.
FWIW, yes, I am a developer and I'm very very good - I write robust, easily understandable, maintainable and flexible code at around three times the cost (per day) and around five times faster than my offshore colleagues. And my code works.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!Comment
