thanks BP, spoke to a few Med people I know this pm, and they all agree, waiting and observing for a few days is better than rushing to the theatre... but my condition needs to be followed up whatever the outcome. -
Good luck Sandy, I hope you get better soon.
I've always been lucky with my health so I can't imagine how awful it must be.Comment

I'm not poorly, I've just got a medical condition. I feel fine as long as I keep taking my medication daily.Originally posted by Bagpuss View PostJeysus, everyone is poorly on this site. Hope it works out OK Sandy, perhaps you should listen to the medical advice though?Comment

Amazing really that post was allowed - I suppose we all know what you are like. And you mean it with affection.Originally posted by Churchill View PostHmmm, call me a suspicious bastard but I find it strange that we only found out about Lucy yesterday and now we've got another attention seeking bint whinging on about her health...
Reminds me of when Clarkson got investigated (by ITC) for making a nazi salute - was cleared because "we all know what Jeremy Clarkson is like".Comment

It is very common for cysts to form on the ovaries, and usually they clear themselves up without any trouble.Originally posted by SandyDown View PostI personally do wish that the cyst would go away without doing any surgical removal, however am not sure if this Dr was wise or just lazy and couldn’t be bothered to follow it up today.
Surgery is only normally necessary if the cyst doesn't sort itself.
Mrs Gonzo had to have one removed last year, it had got to 18 pints
(we had just thought that she had been getting a bit fat over the previous couple of years
).
Mrs Gonzo was fortunate in that she was referred to a consultant that will drain and remove them using keyhole surgery. He is not available on the NHS though.Comment
