In semi serious mode the best way of doing things is a clued up user, a config person and a developer all in one room, develop and test until it works. If you need doco do it after. The more you vary from this formulae the crapper the result and the bigger the cost. The absolute worst model is an outside counsultancy writing specs and sending them offshore. -
potless 2nd march
Plan B for march should bring in approx 1k
Plan B for april only 500 sponds so far thoughComment

Theoretically my current extension (2nd on this contract) doesn't end until June and that is the planned implementation date.
I say theoretically because we're into system testing on phase 1 now and talking about user testing/parallel runs next month so unless phase 2 is larger than anticipated I expect to finish sooner.
Hopefully Mr Kathywoolfe will be getting employed soon(fingers crossed) so I can retire (yeah, right
)
still looking for plan b

I do believe Milan's Plan B must be working to some extent ( or he thinks it is ! ) or he'd of already asked what your Plan B is.Originally posted by PRC1964 View PostPlan B now brings in more than the contracting.
I only do 3 days a week contracting now.
On his behalf, what is your Plan B ?Comment
