Yep, very sad for the family, and a wasted life....

I've probably been dieting for 40 years - ever since I was put on a diet by my quack at 5 years old

You would have thought after 40 years experience I'd be pretty good at it? - but no...

I had a lapband operation last year in Belgium - lost around 5 stones got around another 5 to go.

Easy option? - it's a matter of opinion....

I feel good & a lot healthier - and paid for it myself....

No trouble with the band, works well - having it adjusted later this month.

I eat small amounts at each meal - difficult sometimes in the mornings but mostly okay.

It just forces me to eat slowly and limits my intake.

I would recommend it as a last resort - drastic maybe but it's my life, my body.
