You would have thought after 40 years experience I'd be pretty good at it? - but no...

I had a lapband operation last year in Belgium - lost around 5 stones got around another 5 to go.

Easy option? - it's a matter of opinion....

I feel good & a lot healthier - and paid for it myself....

    Hi Tingles

How have you found life since the band was fitted then? Have you had any problems with it?

    Can you eat/drink much?

        SallyAnn,

No trouble with the band, works well - having it adjusted later this month.

I eat small amounts at each meal - difficult sometimes in the mornings but mostly okay.

It just forces me to eat slowly and limits my intake.

I would recommend it as a last resort - drastic maybe but it's my life, my body.

        Location....

Well I on a Sox gig for a large Asian car company.... yep you guessed it.

        Regards

        Tony
