Where does your light go? In the house?

Execise is the key Brillo, endorphins will ease your SAD
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

                Probably.

On that note, did anyone watch Californication last night?

They had a hilarious 3some - Dude, she's gonna blow!

I bought it for work - I was in a poorly lit office. But now its at home - I use it for 2 hours a night. It seems to make a difference.

Like I said - its been a bad year for SAD. I hope next year will be a better summer...

Three performances of a really enjoyable pantomime to go - one tonight, two tomorrow, followed by cast party.

Sunday, off skiing for the day.

                      What's to be depressed about?
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!
