I'll start buying at -20%. I reckon momentum will carry them down a bit further but I'm looking at a 10-15 year window.

When house prices finally crash in the UK/USA, then the same should happen with overvalued houses in Eastern Europe, so it will be good time to buy a mansion there that can be taken care off by a few local polish female beauties
