it's cold and we're in winter months. if you have no girlfriend then invest in a games console (xbox, ps3 etc.) and Full HD LCD TV

download World of Warcraft and join a whole new world that wastes literally hrs from your life in the blink of an eye

or

goto nearest meat market bar, pick any girl, say hello, buy her a drink, repeat buyign of drinks until things become very fuzzy, suggest something to eat and/or coffee

or

goto http://www.lonelyplanet.com pick a country that looks nice, reasearch about it, give notice of "unavailablity" at work, book flight, see the world

Man, everyday I wake up at the same time, get ready, tube to work, get to my desk, rah rah rah, leave at 6, tube home, dinner, a few hours to do nothing, then go to bed. Aaarrgh! Every day is the same!

What can I do to break the cycle?

Yep, love that movie, this morning I thought my life has been like groundhog day lately, only in groundhog day there is a different outcome for each day... mine is just the same ol issues, same ol project problems, just going in circles.
