    No I didn't.

I'm just waiting for yout to ask about the car...

I'd give the Range Rover 10/10 for image. It just screams "I have money and class".

Trouble is tree huggers would spit at you and you'd be getting xmas cards from the AA man.

Those in the know will always go for the Rangey.

Anything else just screams "I wish I could afford a Range Rover".

I agree...and I would have one but for the running costs. I think only the X5 is worse for running costs in the 4x4 market...

whatcar.com, whatcar.com, whatcar.com. Sigh, read a decent source if you're going to present yourself as an expert, and harp on about how great the 'rangey' is. I think the range rover sucks, it has all the style of a wet carboard box, and is for royalist toff wannabe's who don't care if they run over a small child in their armoured tank of a monstrosity.

If you live in the country, I'll let you off though.

Oh dear...I was just quoting a source of info. If you don't like it, don't read it.

I don't recall presenting myself as an expert though, perhaps you could point that bit out to me?

Have you seen the damage a childs head can do to the thin Aluminium panels on a Range Rover?

You can do even more damage in a sleek sports car though. I think a beige Passat is pretty child friendly though, so I suggest we all buy those...and a selection of cardigans...

You are far more likely to spot a child whilst driving a sports car, I don't see many sports cars driving over the central reservation of a dual carriageway or up on curbs in town centres... nor passats.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson
