No, actually, he wasn't. He was banned because the mob mentality on CUK decided that if everyone voted to ban him, then he would be banned. Whether there was build up to an inevitable ban was never explored - there was a public, X-factor style vote, and he was banned off the back of it.

I'm not suggesting one way or the other whether CD should have been banned or not - I made my opinion known in the banning vote thread. However, to say that he was banned for a good reason is incorrect.
