The air we breathe is made of:
20.97% oxygen
79% nitrogen
0.03% carbon dioxide
So, if you are diving using 20% nitrox (i.e. less oxygen than when you are breathing air on the surface), you are:
a) not really a diver and are making things up
b) somebody who has been instructed by an incompetent
c) some kind of alien form (maybe Zeitghost's illegitimate son?)
ah, and don't get me started on DCI.....Carpe Pactum

Well I dive in mountain lakes where the surface partial pressure of oxygen is less than 0.2 bar. Also the air I compress contains 1% Argon. I have it specially imported.Comment

ah, and don't get me started on DCI.....
(Diving GP did suspect a bad egg butty rather than full blown DCI afterwards as I had no PFO when tested).
Sitting in a hyperbaric chamber for 4 hours with a RAF piot's face mask strapped on tight is no fun, I can tell you..."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."
