                    No fines, but with this current contract (now in its 12th year ), all my income comes via PAYE. To be honest I don't mind that. What gets me is having to pay employer's National Insurance when according to them I'm an employee!

                      What % of your earnings do you actually receive then Pinto? (if you dont mind me asking)

                      I've never spoken to anyone who has actually been caught by IR35 before (believe it or not!)
